Invisible Collectible
Invisible Collectible is a prop actor in Ocarina of Time.
Placement
Draws nothing static. It renders procedurally or not at all, so it may be invisible in the editor even when placed correctly.
Its Z-ROTATION is configuration, not orientation: in tag modes 1/6 values ≥9 corrupt a 9-slot global array, and in mode 3 values ≥8 read the weapon table out of bounds. The low 6 bits are a switch flag (0x3F = none; set → suppressed at spawn), and multi-tag modes 0/5 need separate mode-1/6 tag points placed.
Mode variants (10)

Parameters
Beyond the mode above, the parameters hold these fields. The editor shows each as a labelled control.
Shown: 0x0000, the value a newly placed copy starts with.
- Mode
bits 11–15: 10 options10 of 32 values used - Item Drop
bits 6–10: 28 options28 of 32 values used - Switch Flag (0x3F = none)
bits 0–5: 0–63all 64 values usedOne of the scene's 64 switch flags. Actors that share a number are linked: when one sets it, every actor reading it reacts. Flags 0 to 31 are saved with the game, 32 to 55 reset when you leave the scene, and 56 to 63 reset on every room change. Pick a number nothing else in this scene uses unless you mean to link them. The panel's link list shows who shares it.
Rotation fields
This actor reads these rotation fields as settings, not as a direction. The editor shows each one as a number field.
| Field | Axis | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Mode Setting | Z | Its meaning depends on Mode: how many tag points to touch, this tag point's number from 0 to 8, how many items drop, or which weapon triggers it. |
